Upon calling West Chester Kia, I was excited to find out that a (white) 2023 Sorento Hybrid SX-Prestige was available for immediate delivery. Kyle K. worked extremely hard to match the price quote I receive that a (white) 2023 Sorento Hybrid SX-Prestige was available for immediate delivery. Kyle K. worked extremely hard to match the price quote I received from another KIA dealership. He was friendly, polite, and professional. This is the first car we have purchased through a phone transaction. Kyle made the buying process easy, pleasant, and quick. I would give him a 5-star rating for salesmanship. He had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. Kyle was very professional. When we arrived at the dealership, he made sure the the car was waiting for us with a full tank of gas and a sold sign hanging from the rearview mirror. Finding the roadside assistance bag in the back of the car was a nice touch! Thanks Kyle. (I gave the dealership a 4 because it was disconcerting to have my trade-in low balled and see it listed, on the website, for $6,000 more than I received. I was also disappointed that no women were working on the sales floor.) More
