I didn't return to the dealership where I purchased my previously owed vehicle. I was certain that I would get another Toyota. I wasnt looking forward to the dreaded process of purchasing as I needed to replace my vehicle of 5 months which was totalled bely a fallen tree!!! John and Angie made it easier for me to make my choice! They both answered my endless questions. John is friendly, funny, personable, has a great deal of product knowledge and made me feel comfortable in believing that I was making the right choice! NO buyer's remorse here!! Purchasing my vehicle was painless and simple. Although I had secured financing from my credit union, Anthony secured a competitive financing option. MY FIRST KIA I have always dreaded the whole car buying experience but the staff at Kia of Wilmington changed all that. Joe Hiester, my salesman was very informed I have always dreaded the whole car buying experience but the staff at Kia of Wilmington changed all that. Joe Hiester, my salesman was very informed and not pushy the way most salesman are. He answered my questions and got me into the Kia Soul at the deal I wanted. Anthony the finance manager was pretty good too and I usually despise those guys, I was impressed with their service department that installed some options I added. Overall I must say this is the best car buying experience I have had and I am 64 years old so I have had quite a few. Thank you to the whole staff! More

Got the vehicle I wanted with ease I called this dealership about 4 hours before I was heading up to see the vehicle that I wanted (and had seen online). I had expressed to the lady who I called this dealership about 4 hours before I was heading up to see the vehicle that I wanted (and had seen online). I had expressed to the lady who answers the phones that the truck looked very dirty inside, and she assured me that it was clean. She also told me the vehicle would be "spruced" up before we arrived. Well we got there around 5 pm and the vehicle was filthy inside. I wasn't pleased but I took it for a test drive anyway. Needless to say I still loved the truck and bought it. The highlight of this dealership would be Scott Bernard who was our salesman. He was funny, easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable. Our truck was not clean by the time we left due to the dealership being ready to close, so I deducted a star for that overall issue. Scott Bernard does receive 5 stars as our salesman and the dealership employees were all extremely friendly which we appreciated. We will use this dealership again and hopefully the car will be clean. More
