In moving last year to Wilmington, I have found this service dept. to be extremely difficult to deal with, including in them not having parts in stock. It is quite difficult to obtain an appointment and service dept. to be extremely difficult to deal with, including in them not having parts in stock. It is quite difficult to obtain an appointment and 2 out of the 4 times my engine light has come on, they did not have the part required. Firstly, why does an auto still under warranty persists in having mechanical problems. To add salt to the wounds, with their logistic method to obtain the part, they can never tell me when the part will arrive. Then I have to fight with the scheduler to obtain a new appointment. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware; at least from KIA of Wilmington, DE More

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I was politely & quickly greeted once I walked into the dealership by Michael K., which introduced me to Curtis H. who helped talk details o vehicle. Throughout this entire experience I never felt pressured to purchase anything, all my questions were answered, and was treated like family. Kevin G. helped with the process of filing out final paperwork, going over warranties, etc. and he was extremely helpful. All staff were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in any vehicle purchasing. I’m extremely happy with my purchase- thank you all SO so much!! More

No hassle purchase with upfront pricing provided. Kia of Wilmington is so easy to work with and this is my second car purchase from them for that reason.
