Dealer had employee problems at time of schedule service which cost me $4800 in repair cost. Had my car for almost 8 months total . I received my car after 4 months but it broke down in the 3 days and was t which cost me $4800 in repair cost. Had my car for almost 8 months total . After final receipt of vehicle it had been robbed by local homeless people and dealer said they weren’t responsible. Would not recommend and will not deal with Kiefer dealerships again. Owner, general manager, and service manager never reached out to me upon multiple attempts to contact them. More
