I bought my Kia from dealership on 7 th rand new Check engine light comes I call to take it in they tell me they can’t get to it until October I service team is absurdly horrible Don’t expect the dealership to be there when you need them

I waited a month to get in. I brought it in for the seat as it couldn't recline. All other Components were working. Then I picked up my car and it didn’t work. They had only unplugged the seat and they said it worked. When I picked up the car it didn’t work. I had to make another appointment and wait again. The Service rep. was nice and professional though.

Service was prompt,thorough and courteous. Will continue to use Kiefer Kia for service needs and refer others to use it as well. Thank you Kiefer Kia.

Second time taking our car in for service it was timely and they offered us a ride to and from our house. Really pleased with the service so far.
