DO NOT answer their call to purchase your used vehicle. Went through KBB, Kiefer was the first to call, took the vehicle down there. Some young salesperson, who couldn't even identify what type of cab my Ram has, filled out an "appraisal" sheet. Apparently, the esteeemed Mitch or Derek that I was instructed to meet were to busy to come outside. After a lengthy wait, the salesperson came back and said "The vehicle is worth $33,000 retail so we can offer $25,000." Been around the car business a long time and was unaware that on a perfect, low-mile one-owner vehicle they need to make over 25% gross profit. Was never thanked for taking the time to come in. My entire experience with Keifer KIA was rough.
