For the second time I’m left super frustrated and angry about our experience at this dealership and will not be returning . I had a 3:00 apt for an oil change, it took them over 2 hours. The other dealersh about our experience at this dealership and will not be returning . I had a 3:00 apt for an oil change, it took them over 2 hours. The other dealership we went too before our move greeted us, immediately drove our vehicle into the service department, they offered us coffee and a place to sit comfortably and quickly changed our oil , rotated our tires, washed our car AND vacuumed it all in 30 minutes. Over 2 hours is insane and clearly there is an issue with their scheduling. More

They kept me updated on the process through texting and videos, and it was great knowing I could send back questions as needed. They inspected my car and recommended one other service but were not at all pushy when I declined, since I was already planning on getting it done elsewhere. They also washed my car before bringing it back. Overall, it was very smooth and a great experience working with them. More
