I had my car in for some recalls. I scheduled my appointment online (the soonest available times were a couple of months out for some reason), and it was easy to select what I needed. They were able to pick up my car at no cost, which was great because it meant I didn't have to wait at the dealership. They kept me updated on the process through texting and videos, and it was great knowing I could send back questions as needed. They inspected my car and recommended one other service but were not at all pushy when I declined, since I was already planning on getting it done elsewhere.
