Overall the experience was pretty good! My sales guy Cruz was fairly new but was very nice and helpful! I was not happy with the 12 credit inquiries, especially since I was told I was already approved prio was fairly new but was very nice and helpful! I was not happy with the 12 credit inquiries, especially since I was told I was already approved prior to coming in for my scheduled appointment. If I had known they were going to do that, I would have used my own credit approval I came in with. I gave them the opportunity to give me a better rate (which they did) but at the expense of multiple hits to my credit which I don’t approve of but it is what it is. The final hit was leaving the lot in a new (used) car with a completely empty tank of gas. My only thoughts on that are NOT COOL AT ALL! Overall, I would purchase again there but only with my own approval and be a little more insistent on a FULL tank of gas being that is just respectful. More

I went to Keifer Kia because they were the only ones in town who offered tire rotation with an oil change. While there I was told there were a number of recall issues for my vehicle and asked if I wanted t town who offered tire rotation with an oil change.
