So I told him thank you anyway and that I can see that this was just a way to get me in here, and walked out. A salesman who refused to identify himself yells at me that some guy just won 25 thousand yesterday. I just threw the flyer away and left. Tha man follows me out to my vehicle yelling names at me and threatening me with physical violence. I ignored him so he walks up slaps my window and says that's what I thought your nothing but a f@#king pu$$y. I rolled my window down asked his name (which he refused to give)and told him to walk away and that I would contract his boss about his rude behavior and see if he still has a job after threatening someone. He says why don't you pull over there and get out of your car and we'll see who the real man is. I just pulled away as he kept yelling obscenities and threatening me. Then he throws his coffee cup at my vehicle. If this is the type of people that the owner Joe of Kiffer KIA hires to sell cars then he needs to fire his hiring manager or have his dealership sold to someone else who cares about potential customers instead of letting their salesman threaten people for expressing their opinion. Rude/disrespectful salesmen Myself, my daughter and granddaughter were at Keifer Kia on 2/23/16 to finish up purchase of a new kia soul. The salesman Steve and all other salesman were extremely disrespectful because my credit is not great and I'm a woman alone without man to sign with. They sat in there office laughing at me and telling me I would never be approved for a car I never enen wanted and added prices onto a car that wasn't there last time I was in and told me I was making up things and yelled and continued to laugh at me. Then waving when I left and laughing. I was discrminated against from beginning beaming a single woman without great credit. I was there between 2:30 - 4:00pm More

I went there to look at getting a used car and found one that I fell in love with withan amazing payment and interest. They called me 2 days later saying they couldnt find me a lenderand that they needed more income so they wantedto add my boyfriend I was not excited about that but we did it anyway by the end of the week we still didn't hear anything we went down to the dealership and they said that in order to do the deal we needed another 750 I told them no that I wanted my car back and the 3000 I put down tonight they said I could have the car back but not the 3000 until monday when corporate opened back up we then fought over that until I called another dealership that I was going to after that and that scared they they then put my 3000 back on my card and my car it was a fight to get both my keys back and they never did give me my registration back they where horrible I will never recommend them to anyone! More
