I was treated like I was wasting his time. He argued with me about what I should pay for. The service rep was not nice at all. 3 weeks to to get called back from Kia tech line. No return call to tell me they’d heard back. Now 2 weeks for diagnosis appt that will take 3-4 days. Who know when my car will be fixed!
