Keifer Nissan has been nothing but a tragic disapointment and a comedy of errors in the mechanics department of which I can't even wrap my mind aro !! I bought a brand new Nissan Leaf 2 years ago and paid extra for the Premium package so "you wont have to worry about a thing" direct quote from the manager. My car has been inoperable for almost 2 months now. The "premium package" covered a total of 5 days of rental cars only after it was diagnosed; which took 2 weeks to get it into the shop. Since then Nissan aloted an additional 10 days but otherwise I've been paying out of pocket for rental cars or ride sharing. They have one person who can work on the electric cars, they were unable to fix what is wrong; this being the second time I've had it serviced in 6 months, for a dangerous breaking issue (CAR RANDOMLY WONT STOP!!!) Since they FAILED to fix it appropriatly the first time it prompted an inspector to review it (taking additonal time) parts arrived broken and after waiting an additional two weeks for new part, they some how "couldn't find" the part that Nissan delivered to fix my car!!! xxx!!! I feel like the mechanics are two gigantic gorillas just scratching thier assess in the shop. Unless you want to be paying for a balloon car payment for a car that you CAN NOT drive while paying for rentals I would highly suggest you save your money and your sanity and shop elsewhere. More

Everyone was great - Bobby at the front counter, and Joe, our mechanic, have been taking care of our Volvos for almost 20 years. It is critical for us that there is a good quality Volvo service in the same town where we live. I don't think I could've driven it to Albany/Salem/Eugene, so a tow would have added a lot of extra cost. It was inconvenient and costly to have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment but we found a rental car and it worked out. Hoping that the supply chain and labor market settle out over time. Thanks again for the good work! More
