I would avoid this company as a whole. Especially as a woman. Before I go into details on my encounter with this "dealership" let me add, my husband has been experiencing credit fraud for Especially as a woman. Before I go into details on my encounter with this "dealership" let me add, my husband has been experiencing credit fraud for the past month and we have been keeping an eye out on our credit and bank/credit card statements every day. You can never be to cautious these days, especially with a high credit score and high 6 figure salary. Yesterday 7/25/2026 I received an email from a "Stephanie Quintanilla" stating she is reaching out to me from an "inquiry" I sent over. I never sent over a request to this dealership (I only buy cars from the Portland/Wilsonville area where we're from). I knew I never sent a request over so I requested in an email for "Stephanie" to reply me with a screenshot of my "inquiry". Of course I didn't get anything back from her, expect for an explanation I received a letter sent to me from Lenward. Never got anything from this company either. I again requested information and proof I gave them permission to email and text me. No response. Then I got a spam key word SPAM email from Lenward about an "application". Well naturally I thought my information was being used for a FRAUD application with this company. I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager to get to the bottom of what was going on. Long story, manager was unavailable but could call me back (gave my info) and manager (didn't get his name) called literally 3 minutes later (I will post call records if you want). Didn't get the "managers" name but when I was explaining my situation this guy interrupts me and starts yelling at me. Without even letting me explain the faud issues with my husband. He was so rude, condescending and "mansplained" his companies right to text and email with my information from Lenward which is a "Marketing comany" (BTW as a business owner you shouldn't need a marketing company 😉 if you run a good ethical business). I ended up giving this manager my info to have it removed and decided to keep my mouth shut over the phone, I don't have time to argue with this guy about my concerns or explain my situation. He obviously did not care AT ALL, OR he would have given me time to explain my situation and listened. And "Stephanie" couldn't provide any proof. Funny thing, we are thinking about another new car but will take our business elsewhere and let our friends and family know to avoid this dealership as a whole. I will also warn the public they are very unethical and if that is how a "manager" spoke to me over the phone I could only imagine how customers are treated 😳 More
