My recent service experience was not as ideal as. expected. Upon returning to retrieve my vehicle I noticed it was still in the same position prior to commencing the service request. As I waited patiently to inquire about completion status, I received an unexpected and I welcomed comment. Subsequently it was determined that the service had not been started due to a mixup in vehicle priority service paperwork. Multiple customer vehicle service orders were simply strewn about the service counter desktop. I would venture to say that a similar incident as this will repeat in the future. I would recommend that they practice and adhere to more reliable organizational skills. More

We were 1,000 miles from home when our Volvo broke down and we were towed to the nearest dealer. Keifer has been very professional and helpful to us. Unfortunately, no loner cars, but the service manager o and we were towed to the nearest dealer. Keifer has been very professional and helpful to us. Unfortunately, no loner cars, but the service manager offered to handle getting a reimbursement from Volvo for the rental car, which will save me a lot of hassle from past experience with this Volvo that is still under warranty, but has had several problems that left it undriveable. I had a much better experience with the people in Keifer’s service department than my regular dealer. They were very accommodating and were able to identify the problem. Also caught that a software update had not been installed by my regular dealer, and did that. More

Contacted “Corvallis Volvo” about obtaining extra key and remote. My inquiry was handled very quickly, the key was cut and remote coded exactly when promised for the price quoted. I am extremely impressed! I initially made an appointment for one problem with my car but then a second problem came up. I was undoubtedly highly valued and respected each step of the way regardless of my many questions and changes along the way. Every staff member I met was enjoyable to speak with despite a broken car being a difficult and not fun topic. I could not ask for more understanding and patience. I did not like dealing with car problems starting with the cost, yet Kiefer Nissan did a superb job standing with me every step of the way and when possible giving me a break. One very happy customer here and I have already been passing on rave reviews verbally to others! More
