They made my experience exceptional. There was zero pressure and friendly staff. Krysta was amazing and even watched our children while we signed paperwork. The dealership always does a good job serving our vehicle, is easy to schedule with and is friendly and courteous. Nice people. Good customer service . Worked with me on rental car. Had my transmission replaced and rear tire bearings, they flushed and replaced refrigeration coolant. 30K mile warranty service call The service is always top notch because of Joe Ralph Diorio. He is the best! The car was ready in the time they said it would take for the service. I have been a Volvo owner for over 40 years and have always had my work done locally. This is the first time I have received text messages (have had an email message reminder and confirmation of appointment in recent times). I would say the text messaging is "over-kill." I have gotten so many text from "Chris" that I have stopped counting. All I needed was a text that my car was ready for pick-up. I did enjoy watching the video of the work being done, but that could have been an email that I could watch on a bigger screen and later when I got home. I tried to STOP additional text messages today since they are telling me to call for my service but when I bring my car in again for service I would like a text when the car is ready. I am not sure I have blocked that or not, but it will be awhile before I need another service call. I will ask that when the time comes. More
