I was undoubtedly highly valued and respected each step of the way regardless of my many questions and changes along the way. Every staff member I met was enjoyable to speak with despite a broken car being a difficult and not fun topic. I could not ask for more understanding and patience. I did not like dealing with car problems starting with the cost, yet Kiefer Nissan did a superb job standing with me every step of the way and when possible giving me a break.
