So, the truth is that they are terrible - they have you signing papers so quickly that you don't know the price of anything, like I said they had us purchasing over $6,150 worth of warranties that we didn't even want, & a sealant that we didn't want for $1,500. Then after we took it back for an oil leak, they charged us another $60 to "diagnosis" it. They didn't even fix it - they knew what we were bringing it in for - why didn't they just tell us then that we would have to take it to a "dealer", because they didn't have the right "part" to fix it? And why didn't they notice it before they sold it to us? With their 32-point check or whatever, they should have caught it. We traded this Mini in after owning it for 3 months, after they kept telling us how "great this car is:". More

They fixed my problem but they are very expensive $$$ I had an ABS light come on and tried to use an independent volvo shop. They ended up not fixing the problem and even broke some things that weren’t b I had an ABS light come on and tried to use an independent volvo shop. They ended up not fixing the problem and even broke some things that weren’t broken to start with (a plug on the abs module) . Keifer Volvo fixed my ABS problem , but it wasn’t cheap. As an aside when I first went to pick the car up. I couldn’t leave with it because my battery had been drained. Apparently between the time they serviced my ABS issue and my picking it up a brake switch was broken which caused my brake lights to stay on , The service advisor stated they didn’t break the brake switch and would not cover it so I was forced to pay an additional $153. After paying them $1843 dollars for ABS service. I have not experienced further problems since that time but I still do not like that somehow my brake switch was broken. Right after the ABS service and before I picked up the vehicle and yet it somehow was the incident was no fault on the shop’s behalf. More

Extremely transparent on pricing and treated me fairly and honestly. We also negotiated a possible trade-in and they were very honest about their lack of interest in my car for their local market. The whole process took several weeks but that was my fault as I wasted time with other dealers. I’m much closer to the two Portland-area Volvo dealers but they felt like I should pay extra for the privilege of buying a car from them.
