A dealership that shows respect! I had a wonderful experience at Kiefer. A year ago I got played by another dealership. I got into a car that was just horrible all the way around. Everyone at kiefer talked to me like an intelligent human being, they spoke to me rationally and logically. They helped me get out of my trade and into a fantastic car. They even pulled the car from a different dealership and drove it to Corvallis! I got the small town shopping experience with the selection a big city would offer. Zac is a fantastic salesman to work with and Dwayne in finance was a pleasure. They even gave me tips on how to improve my credit score and invited me back to refinance when that happens! Casey comes to the rescue The day we visited Kiefer Nissan was an event day there. Quite frankly, it was somewhat of a circus that day. Casey Anderson spotted us, looking bewildered and confused. He dashed over, introduced himself and worked with us during the entire transaction. He always had answers to the questions we asked, he warned us when there would be delays because of all the activity that day. He provided useful info about the vehicle when we took it for a test drive. At one point, he even suggested we go for a break. No reason for us to sit around. We went out for a relaxing lunch. When we returned he had our deal put together. He was friendly, immensely helpful, and had a sense of humor, something you don't usually associate with buying a car. We love the car. It's exactly what we wanted and Casey was perfect walking us through the process. Good going, Casey and Kiefer Nissan! More
