I was looking to trade my leased vehicle, went to Power Corvallis and Power Sublimity and they just wasted my time and hit my credit with a lot of hard inquiries for nothing. I was tired of all this until Corvallis and Power Sublimity and they just wasted my time and hit my credit with a lot of hard inquiries for nothing. I was tired of all this until 2 days ago applied in a website as my last shoot then I got a phone call to refer me to Kiefer Volvo Corvallis, later on I got a phone call from a sales person from Kiefer Nissan of Albany, this guy was rude but nice and not reach any deal because the limited stock they have. In the afternoon my wife ask me to go to the branch in Corvallis, at the beginning I said no but he just convinced me, when I get there I had zero expectations, but I was thinking to take the very last change. I forgot to mention that my credit is very damaged. I hate to say this but I'm bad with the names, but the sales person, the sales manager and the financist are from another level, this guys knows how to treat and make customers to feel been trated with high level of respect. From Power I bee treated as a FICO number, the sales person there never get off his office to talk to me, but here at Kiefer, every body stop to say hi and tried to make feel really comfortable. To me was IMPOSIBLE to believe when they showed me the 2020 Honda CR-V EX-L they had for sale, and when I geet the keys, when I signed the agreement, when they shake my hands, every little thing was like to deal with family members. I remember when I purchased my Kia in California, that experience was totally great and at this time this guys exceed the quality of service. I have no works to say how thankfull I'm feeling, and not just me, my family members too. This is the place where I will let all my friends go to get a vehicle, I was not a FICO number, I was a person looking for a vehicle with bad credit and a lot of hope. More

Took my pickup that i purchased from Kiefer about 3 months ago that is under warranty in for a p0420 code (catalytic converter) the staff was polite and friendly. But, they do not currently have a diesel tech under their employment.. so, after a 2 hour round trip drive from Eugene to corvallis, 50 bucks in fuel, and another 90 minute wait at Kiefer. I was told they were unqualified to service my vehicle (because they are not diesel techs) and was sent down the road to schedule an appointment with Power Chevy... I appreciate the friendly staff, but the reality is I wasted 3.5 hours of time, took off work (lost wages), and spent 50 in fuel for nothing.... More
