First of all, Im glad nobody was injured. It's a very scary thing to be rear ended by a big snow plow in the middle of winter. Im not really sure what happened. You bought this as we moved our dealership location and things were very hectic. I personally do not know of this situation. I also think if the transmission went bad and you had a couple shops look at then it should have been brought to us as we are not in this to screw you. We would have given you as car to drive while we fixed it. At this point I don't know if being hit by a snow plow jarred anything back into the transmission to cause the problem, those patriots are not very resilient for accidents like that. We sell over 1500 cars per year, sometimes problems arise that nobody can foresee. We cant tell you what a vehicle will do 2 days to 5yrs down the road. The most important part of this is the warranty covered it. WE do value you and all our customers. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to personally talk with me about this.

Tom Kightlinger in regards to your review. We learned our lesson NOT to deliver a car before the bank approves the documents, no mater how bad the customer urges us to do so. Proof of address is very specific. 1.an actual bank statement with your name, address and account number...It can not be a summary printout which half the time is just your name. 2.It can be an actual utility bill with your name and address on it, not junk mail with what looks like a stamped address etc...We are human, we try hard to help everyone out, when a customer promises to bring us what we need the next day shouldnt that happen? It's completely understood of what we need, even before you come buy from us. Instead we dont hear from you and cant get you on the phone for over a week? How should we feel? We have state paper work that has to get out. I always welcome unhappy customers to call me directly at 814-337-0834, I would rather try and make a unhappy customer satified than let one stay unhappy.
