Bobby Lind was a professional in every way from the initial visit to the check-out. Buying a vehicle is very frustrating for me. On June 2, 2012, my husband and I stopped to see Albert about a new car. While we were waiting to begin, my husband went to the lot and picked out a Red Ford 2012 Escape. Albert went over all the key points of the Escape and its many accessories with us. He even went outside with us to show us the features we had reviewed. We spoke about financing at 0% and decided we would purchase the Escape and finalize the paper work on the upcoming Monday, June 4, 2012. On Monday, all of the paperwork was ready to complete; we liked how efficient Albert was in preparing for our "signing". Albert informed us that he and Karyn Lehmann had found another route for the financing (to our advantage) and of course, we were very pleased. My husband and I noticed how smoothly our signing went with Albert and Karyn working as a team. Before we knew it, we were the proud owners of our Red Ford 2012 Escape! Also, we observed that Albert is such a good communicator with all of the others who assist him. My husband and I traveled an hour and a half to purchase a car from Albert at Kindle. I have custody of a handicap grandson and i needed to see if i could get his wheelchair in th what i was looking for and she got it on the first van.
