Please be sure that he gets the credit he deserves. The only negative experience we had with Kindle was with a serviceman named Luke or Lucas. We brought our old Explorer in for major service as our teenage daughter just got her liscence and this will be her car. We had it serviced for a brake problem last year by our mechanic in CT who commented on what good shape it was in for it's age. Lucas told us that he would not work on the car because it was in dangerous condition but that he would give us a good deal on a trade in. A third mechanic just confirmed the opinion of the first mechanic stating that the car is in good shape for it's age (95).
