After a while, someone finally asked me if they could help me and from that point on everything went fine. The service rep. was polite and courteous and gave me his undivided attention. Within one day, I had a quote from my rep. on the cost of the repairs needed on my car and then after a review, I felt that the quote was competitive and directed that the repairs be done. Within two days the car was fixed and the actual cost was true to the quoted costs. The repairs look fine and the card drove well. All in all a fine job and I was happy with my choice of King Buick to do the repairs. More

I thought it would be priced higher and inconvenient, but found pricing to be very fair so far and the drop off convenient with the night Dropbox. Excellent service The process of setting up an appointment was quite easy. I called for an appointment for an oil change and was able to get it done the following day.
