When we tried to go back and talk to someone, a Mr. Bill Chafin from the financial department was rude from the start. As soon as my husband walked in the door, he looked at him and said, "Back so soon? Can you not afford the car?" Then proceeds to tell him that we would have to pay another $10k, that he couldn't help us. All with our salesman right there! He couldn't be professional enough to take him into his office and explain our options. Needless to say, this will be the last time we every buy from King Ford in Murphy, NC. More

Having bought from King Ford before we went to them for the third deal. Wow, what a difference that turned out to be. Our sales rep Russ Cagle knew he was working with senior citizens, so he progressed slow and easy. He helped us find the car we wanted and worked out a good deal where we all were happy and the rest is history. Bought the car and came back the next day to pick it up. All is good.
