We did most of our transactions through email and phone conversations as my primary residence is in Pennsylvania. By the time I got to the dealership everything had been taken care of. Erik made me feel welcome and like we were old friends catching up. He went through every option in the vehicle in detail and patience. His attitude and professionalism should be commended. On the way home from my purchase I had a couple of questions and called Erik who answered them for me quickly. Again, very commendable sales agent. Satisfied with OVERALL service !!! Was satisfied with everything , except the fact that the parts that were needed for my repairs had to be ordered , BOTH times ? Therefore , I had to bring car back , Saturday 06/15 , parts were Replaced & additional analysis done resulted in having to bring car back another weekend ??? It SHOULD NOT take 3 weeks to do the repairs that I needed ? Parts Department needs to have more parts in stock !!!! More
