2016 Hyundai Tucson I can not say enough about my Salesperson Sig Buster! Dealing with Sig was a real pleasure. He was very honest upfront and presented me with the deal I can not say enough about my Salesperson Sig Buster! Dealing with Sig was a real pleasure. No fault of Sig's, as King was short an employee in there Finance Dept. or I would of been out sooner. Being a female I have not had many positive car buying/leasing experiences in the past and I am very firm about the amount of money I want to spend and payment. That being said I started negotiating with Sig over the phone for about a month prior to my purchase( as I hate salesman that badger me on a lot). He was always available for what ever I needed or any questions I had.He shared his personal cell phone number with me so I could reach him anytime. During that time I had to cancel an appointment I had with him due to a death in my family and he called me to make sure I was doing okay and to send his condolences. Sig again called me on a Saturday afternoon and I agreed to meet him within half an hour.... so glad I did.... Love my new SUV. Thank you so much Sig..... Lesa More

Review I had a great experience buying the car with Scotty. I only wish they had picked up my trade in sooner, as I had gotten in trouble for it sitting in t I had a great experience buying the car with Scotty. I was told It would be picked up the Monday after I bought the new vehicle only for it to be left in the same spot for over 3 weeks. I left multiple messages to be called back about this issue. I couldn't get it resolved until I asked for the GM. I then called because I was having in issue with my blue link and the site claiming my social security and DOB were incorrect. I was told I would be called back shortly and it never happened. More

Worst Customer Service I went for a 1.5 hour service. After 3 hours I was forced to seek out someone to tell me what's going on.
