Highly recommend the advisor I got and the technician as well, he actually took the time to go with me on the highway and drive the car so he could feel the problem I was stating ... Sergio Gutierrez was my advisor so if you have to take your car in I highly recommend you asking for him. I had bad experiences in the past with the previous advisor I had but this time everything was perfect!!! More

God Bless You All This was my first time visiting this location as the Coconut Creek Advisor Rita B. told me to take my car there after I explained to her that my car This was my first time visiting this location as the Coconut Creek Advisor Rita B. told me to take my car there after I explained to her that my car was broken. She gave me the phone number. It was after service closed, I called and I forgot the name of the associate that I spoke with, she told me that although service is closed but the gate opens until 9pm, if I can get it towed there before then and so I did. The following day after they checked and told me what was wrong and I asked the cost to fix, yes it was a lot of money for me to spend, but they had to order the part and that would take 2 days , but I was given a Loaner for that time. My car was finished as promised. Overall it was a good experience. More
