Bad Experience Started with a call on Sat Nov 10 that was supposed to be returned by sales manager and was not. Finally got a Car Concierge to handle the deal since Started with a call on Sat Nov 10 that was supposed to be returned by sales manager and was not. Finally got a Car Concierge to handle the deal since the fact that I had bought or leased 8 other cars from them. I was turning in a lease 5 months early and they were to pay off the last 5 months which did not happen for over 60 days. When finally getting to the bottom of why they had not paid it off was because they had not received my kDD214 which I brought to them 3 times and they kept tellling me I didn't bring it. End result was that i had a name change since I was in service and they could not put 2 and 2 together but they never communicated with me to bring a name change affidavit in, which they never needed before. I had paid my lease in advance and had over 2000.00 in a reserve that I could not get back until they paid the car off. Because of all this confusion that communicating would have stopped it took me 3 months to get my money refunded. It was just a horrible experience after a previous situation with Coconut Creek Hyundai where they did not pay off my lease and it went to collection since I was not aware they had not paid it off. that one hit my credit report which I made them correct which was another 6 months. The only reason this one didn't effect my credit score is because they took money out of my reserve for the payments they had not paid. After 2 situations with a King Group dealership I will never buy another car from them. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 10 years, me 6 cars, my wife 3 and caused 2 of our friends to buy from them. Never, never again. Lot more to this fiasco but this is the root of it. More

The service is always excellent I always have Cole as my service tech (and I've had 4 Hyundai with this dealership) he never disappoints. When he gives you a timeline that's what it' I always have Cole as my service tech (and I've had 4 Hyundai with this dealership) he never disappoints.
