I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus but I've been trying to get a service repa Rick Ritacco is a great asset to the owners of King Automotive. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus but I've been trying to get a service repair for the last two weeks. After little or no action I brought my concern to the service manager Rick Ritacco. Rick listened to my story and moved to make the necessary repair in less then a day. Prior to speaking with Rick I was told that the earliest the repair could be done was Tuesday 9/25. Poor customer service led me to the service manager Rick Ritacco. This is not the way things should work.
