The problem was resolved immediately thanks to Mike Perlin and Alyssa (don't know her last name). Alyssa was very kind and helpful and let us know what had happened and assured us everything would be taken care of, which it was. I'm guessing she is young in age, but her professionalism, demeanor and customer service skills are very mature. You would be wise to give her a raise and leadership position. More

Superb We came in to the dealership with the intent of leasing our third Santa Fe with them. He called the next day to say he found one. We immediately went back to the dealership and had a very professional and courteous discussion to settle on the price. Odell got the car in the next day, all the terms we had agreed upon were held up and we had a swift and pleasant experience settling the lease agreement and finances with Amine El Azzouzi. As mentioned, this was the third Santa fe leased from King Hyundai, and we have been extremely pleased with the professional attitude of the sales people we have dealt with.
