Would not recommend Enterprise, Lighthouse Point, for loaner Robert did his best, which was appreciated, but car was not ready on time. He arranged with Enterprise Rental in Lighthouse Point for a loaner. I was not happy with them at all. They gave me an SUV (I own a Sonata and am not used to that large a vehicle) saying it was the only Hyundai they had on the lot. They said the gas tank was full. After driving about 5 miles, I noticed the tank was under 3/4 full. I called and they told me to fill the tank before returning the vehicle and they would "handle it", which I did at a cost of $18.71 for 3.967 gallons. After returning the car, they said they could only give me a $10 credit against a future rental as I was not being billed so, in effect, I paid the $18.71 to drive about 30 miles. I even asked if Hyundai would get the credit but it was such a hassle, I gave up. More

Told them my problem and they fixed no extra work added. Went in told them about my problem and it was fixed. Good sakes, poor everything else The experience I have been having at this dealership has been frustrating to say the least. My salesman, Arthur Miller, and another salesperson, Matt The experience I have been having at this dealership has been frustrating to say the least. My salesman, Arthur Miller, and another salesperson, Matt Bates have gone well up and over what any salesman should have to do to correct their dealerships mistakes and issues. First, the sales process was tolerable, nothing unexpected about the car buying process. Arthur Miller was patient, knowledgable, and made the experience rather good. He seemed to care about me as a customer instead of just making a sale. Matt Bates kept me entertained while Arthur was off compiling various paperwork and stuff, both gentlemen very into their product, and proud to be associated with Hyundai. Now the bad. The detail department for some reason stuck a "detailed by ultra" sticker on the windshield, and when Arthur took the car back to them to remove the sticker, they obviously refused because the sticker was still there when I got the car back. I can't believe a new car dealer with a good reputation would allow such a thing. second issue is the sticker said I get roof rack cross rails. These were never installed when the vehicle was prepped, resulting in two trips to the dealer and the problem is still not resolved. I also noticed scratches in the paint on the spoiler. I find out I have to go to another dealership several towns away to get that taken care of. More time out of my busy schedule. The scratches were bad enough that I noticed them in the dark at night when I took delivery. I believe they were caused by detail, having a grain of sand or grit in the buffing wheel, and not reported, hoping I wouldn't see until the next day where the detail shop could wiggle out of fixing it. Sales experience was good, but the way the dealership is handling the after sale experience is really putting a bad taste in my mouth. Excellent salespeople are hamstrung by a really sketchy detail and service/prep department. More
