Going beyond expectations From the outset on the phone I could tell that we were dealing with knowledgeable and competent associates at Kings Hyundai dealership. Because of his friendliness over the phone I decided to look four Tod when we arrived at the dealer. Both Tod and Denis conveyed expertise and professionalism throughout our visit. I really was just coming on to talk and to see if they really had what we were looking for. And they did. Denis and Tod quickly determined the type of vehicle that we wanted. Once that was established, we were able to come to a quick decision on what features were critical and Denis was able to locate the exact car we wanted. Throughout the process and even after the sale Denis was so respectful and a complete gentleman, treating myself, wife, and mother in law as if we were family. I was skeptical going in because of a previous negative experience purchasing a car. Denis and Tod were a 180 degree turn about from my previous car purchase. I have already become an apostle for King Hyundai raving about the unbelievable experience we had at Kings Hyundai. The cherry on the cake was Denis's warm follow-up call thanking us for our patronage.
