Howard stayed with us from the moment we entered the dealership until we drove out in our new car. The only thing that was annoying to us was that we had to wait three hours to sign papers. They should have been ready when the car was ready. It was a puzzle to me that it took so long and it was somewhat of a difficulty, especially considering we were paying cash and not financing. The dealership is bright and beautiful and very comfortable. It was a pleasure doing business in such a nice environment. More
