An Unusual Case This was the second Hyundai I leased through this dealership. I loved my first Sonata but the lease was up January 9, 2017. My problem was I was stuc This was the second Hyundai I leased through this dealership. I loved my first Sonata but the lease was up January 9, 2017. My problem was I was stuck paying a lease for my son's Mazda 6. He had lost his job. That lease wasn't up until October 2017. I couldn't afford another car until that lease was up. And it had been in a fender/bender accident. I was being dunned for the $400 disposition fee and wear and tear on the 2014 Hyundai. Frustrated I called the lease department at the dealership who told me to speak to a general manager. That's how I got to Frank Sanchez who said to come in with the Mazda and he would take care of the disposition fee. I couldn't get there until the next day and Frank was off. My son and I spoke to two other salesmen, but weren't happy with their offers so we left. We went to other dealerships but didn't like their offers. That Thursday I contacted contacted Frank Sanchez and my son and I went that night back to King Hyundai and Frank Sanchez. He had a young salesman help me. We finally made a deal for a 2017 Sonata and, of course, the 2014 Mazda was part of the deal. The car was fixed at the Coconut Creek body shop. I dealt with Brian and Chris there and they made my life less stressful. So all-in-all I had an interesting experience with the guys who finalized the deal: Frank Sanchez, Amine El Azzouzi and Allan Rosengarden. More

First sale The young and personable sales person greeted me. he was very instrumental in my choosing the color of the car and the packages I might want.
