I've never had such a comfortable experience in a car purchase. Howard was patient, courteous, and direct. None of the usual runaround that I've experienced at other dealers. He answered my questions without trying to sell me options and warantees that I had no need for. In fact, he gave up a lunch hour and a day off to accomodate a personal problem I had. The entire experience was a positive one due to this salesperson. I heartily recommend this dealership and, in particular, this sales consultant to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai automobile. 6th Hyundai purchased I like the people, I like the vehicles but I don't like that the system is set up to take advantage of the customer. How do I mean? The interest rate I like the people, I like the vehicles but I don't like that the system is set up to take advantage of the customer. How do I mean? The interest rate along with the depreciation puts us so far above its value that the car is never worth what it should be when it's time to trade. I know my interest rate is higher than it should be just to make more money. The fact I've bought 6 cars and so over under I figured the relationship between the bank and the dealer has won enough times to maybe realize I deserve a break from killing me again. So how about giving me my 7% deserving rate instead of a greedy 12.5%?? So how about it after 6 cars? Can you help a returning customer or what? More
