Some mis-communication re; getting my tires balanced on Sunday pertaining to the service centers hours of operation, which was disappointing as I arrived a little after 3 PM when they had closed. Lady Receptionist - Excellent personality and warm. Very welcoming. The popcorn is a homey touch vs. vending machines. Sig Buster - Most professional, streamline in the preparation of the paper work. Sig's sincerity and aiming to provide excellent customer satisfaction both during and post would be one of the reason to make King Hyundai my continued car dealership. Car preparation and transition was a most pleasant experience. Kevin - in Finance - Most professional, explained the financing and extended warranties as well as blue link extremely well and went the extra mile to make all affordable. Jodelle - Client Relations - Sincere, respectful and most efficient with her follow up call. My comparison is: Rich Case Hyundai where in 2014 I leased the Elantra and the process of the sale took well into 4 hours / Service Center - had 2 problems to the degree I wrote HQ in CA based on the severity of the safety issue and the lack of follow up to both apologize and correct the matter. I will recommend King Dealership to others and have done so with an colleague at work looking to buy in the near future. More

Genesis - G90 I think these surveys are a pain in the butt and fairly useless. I honestly answered the survey for my last 2013 genesis and got a call from the sales I think these surveys are a pain in the butt and fairly useless. I honestly answered the survey for my last 2013 genesis and got a call from the salesman who was a little annoyed to say the least. Telling me he had a family and a mortgage etc. It wasn't very pleasant. I also feel there should be a designated person who job it is solely to teach you exactly what the G90 or G80 can do. I know I had that experience with my Lexus and it was extremely beneficial as far as learning about the car. Much easier to comprehend the workings of the car. More
