Bruce is very knowledgeable about Hyundai, the cars and the business of selling cars, turning the visit into a pleasant experience. Like I mentioned, the only suggestion I can make is to try to make the closing/delivery process more efficient, for example getting information from the customer beforehand so that it doesn't need to be ALL input there in the presence of the customer. It seems also that your system is a bit slow with too many fields and pages to be completed. It should have more clicking and less typing... In the Finance Dept. Jim made the process as smooth as possible, but in regards to all the choices we have regarding service/warranty options, etc. it is a bit overwhelming as well as the amount of papers we have to sign and initial. It seems that it can be trimmed down. More
