Would not recommend Enterprise, Lighthouse Point, for loaner Robert did his best, which was appreciated, but car was not ready on time. He arranged with Enterprise Rental in Lighthouse Point for a loaner. I wa Robert did his best, which was appreciated, but car was not ready on time. He arranged with Enterprise Rental in Lighthouse Point for a loaner. I was not happy with them at all. They gave me an SUV (I own a Sonata and am not used to that large a vehicle) saying it was the only Hyundai they had on the lot. They said the gas tank was full. After driving about 5 miles, I noticed the tank was under 3/4 full. I called and they told me to fill the tank before returning the vehicle and they would "handle it", which I did at a cost of $18.71 for 3.967 gallons. After returning the car, they said they could only give me a $10 credit against a future rental as I was not being billed so, in effect, I paid the $18.71 to drive about 30 miles. I even asked if Hyundai would get the credit but it was such a hassle, I gave up. More

Great Service Dept I have had a Hyundai for 5 years now. Whenever I have had to bring the car in for anything - recall check, alignment, etc, they treat me with full res I have had a Hyundai for 5 years now. Whenever I have had to bring the car in for anything - recall check, alignment, etc, they treat me with full respect and cater to all my auto needs. They are quick in service, they offer to drive me anywhere if I need to leave my car for awhile, and they even took care of a non-covered situation with the car. On top of that, they provided me a loner car that is absolutely beautiful. They truly cater to my auto needs and they understand my transportation needs on a daily basis. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership just because of the outstanding service they provide to me. Thank you! More

Worst Customer Service I went for a 1.5 hour service. After 3 hours I was forced to seek out someone to tell me what's going on. I was told it needed extra work and was in w I went for a 1.5 hour service. After 3 hours I was forced to seek out someone to tell me what's going on. I was told it needed extra work and was in wash. 40 minutes later I asked again. No one even had the courtesy to come to the waiting to let us know it would take triple the time. We looked at a car in the showroom. Passing time. Sat in the car, was interested. We were completely ignored. They lost that sale. Over all this dealership has the worst Customer awareness I've experienced. More
