Extremely poor customer service I saw a used car advertised on Cars.com that was at Laurel Kia. I inquired if the car was still availabe. Pierce York emailed me and said he was going I saw a used car advertised on Cars.com that was at Laurel Kia. I inquired if the car was still availabe. I emailed him that night and asked him if he ever got more info on the car because I had not heard anything from him. The next day he emailed me and asked me if I wanted to schedule a test drive.....still never gave any more info on this car. I then applied for credit because I did not want my daughter to spend all of her money on a car. Figured if I could finance some of it then she could keep some of her money in the bank. Again I never heard anything back from them. I know I have less than perfect credit but we had the total amount for the car in cash just in case. I should have gotten a phone call or email letting me know something but the lack of communication on their part means I will never cinsider purchasing a new or used car from here and I will advise my friends and coworkers to go elsewhere.
