Terrible experience with buying a brand new Kia in December 2023. The Kia broke down on the side of the road two weeks after buying it with less than 200 miles on it. What a nightmare trying to get this thing resolved. Our Kia sat on the service center parking lot for several weeks before someone could take a look at it. The amount of voicemails and emails we sent was outrageous. We were finally told the engine was faulty and they had no idea when an engine would be available, but it would be about six months. We were told no loaner car could be issued while we waited. We finally looked into the lemon law and Kia America agreed to buy our Kia back, but here we are, almost 5 months later and we still haven’t received a buyback or refund. Our family has been sharing one vehicle since December. Terrible. More

Took 2020 Kia to service dept for engine issues. They would call leave voicemail but when calling back they don't have anyone answers their phone (phone just rings) this is normal each time we tried They would call leave voicemail but when calling back they don't have anyone answers their phone (phone just rings) this is normal each time we tried eventually had to drive up to service dept twice to get updates on vehicle an request for more paperwork after they altered (cut an paste) then print my original receipts showing I had done my oil changes. Customer Service/ communication is not a plus. Do your research before coming here. My car was towed here 😭 I'm hoping reviews Ike this will help them get better. More

The finance person I spoke to was so rude that I ended up asking him if he was having a bad day. I still haven't received the vehicle title. (60 days after purchase, temporary plate expired). I purchased a used cargo van in April/2022 with salesperson Jorkaef O. I contact him many times by phone and personally going to the dealer store to get the tittle. He told Kia Laurel store was sold to another buyer, who couldn't do anything to me. Me trying to solve the problem (although not my part), i contact the lady Christine ( she is working outside for KIA on MVA, DMV ). I got no response from KIA LAUREL, now is KING KIA LAUREL, or Christine. I have many projects stopped, i can not go with van, im loosing time and money with this problem with Kia. He basically had zero desire to make the sale and was an absolute xxx in the process. DO NOT consider this dealership as an option. Buy yourself a horse- or a moped first! More
