My brand new Sorento I've never owned a brand new car, but have had bad luck on two used cars in a row. When we finally decided it was time to get a brand new car, Kia was not our top choice. However, after working with Jamal Allen at Laurel Kia, that changed. Jamal was very easy to work with. He wasn't one of those salespeople that harass you nonstop about buying a car. He was very easy-going about the entire experience and would check up on me every few days or so, not every day, which is what I had been experiencing with the other dealers. He didn't continue to "go talk to his manager to see what they could do"; he gave it to me straight on what the costs of the vehicles were that we were looking at and worked with me and my budget to get me the best bang for my buck. He was patient and accommodating and I'm extremely happy with my purchase, which a lot had to do with Jamal. More

I heard the Laurel Kia ad on the radio multiple times and decided to call. I'm so glad I did. I spoke with Pierce who was very nice, patient and understanding. He instructed me to go online and do the pre approval app. He got back in contact with me immediately and set a date for me to come in. The process was a breeze and I walked out of there with a brand new 2016 Kia Optima. If only Pierce could see the look on my five year olds face when I picked her up from school in our brand new car. Because of Pierce my year long rough journey without a car no longer exist and I'm forever grateful. I recommend any and everyone if you're looking for a car and a stress free car buying process Laurel Kia is the place to go!!!!!!! More

Tae made purchasing a car painless and worry free. After about 5 minutes there I knew I would have no problems. Tae and Laurel Kia helped me purchase my first new car with no money down and not so perfect credit and gave me a monthly payment I could work with. For the first time I felt comfortable dealing with a car dealership (I've been to quite a few and never experienced this). I was explained everything from Tae and he also answered all of the questions I had. Lisa (Finance Manager) was also great, she made signing my loan documents painless. Another plus for Tae and Laurel Kia, I was in and out 2.5 hours (text drove and signed documents) on a Friday afternoon. I will recommend Laurel Kia to my friends and family. The last few times, it seemed to be an all day event and this time around, we had done most of the research ahead of time, so it was simply a matter of test driving the car to confirm all the high ratings from Consumer Reports were true. Not only were they true, but the time it took to close the deal after saying yes was about as quick an experience as one could hope for. Had I not gotten a call from my nephew and spoke to him for 20 minutes while at the dealership, the total time to buy would have been about the time it takes to get a Dominoes pizza. Unbelievable. The entire staff at Laurel Kia was engaging and friendly and our salesman, Pierce York, was profoundly knowledgeable about the car we had chosen, which largely contributed to the entire process being so quick and efficient. He knew all the answers to our questions which gave us a tremendous amount of confidence when we were buying the car. Pierce was a pleasure to work for and would be someone my wife and I would go back to in a heartbeat the next time we're looking for a car. This time around, we were directed to Kia because we knew the car we wanted. Next time, we'll go to Kia, simply because of Pierce and the confidence we have in him. His knowledge irt the cars I showed interest in was a calming factor for me. His input appeared to be honest and forthright. Pierce and Jamal (Finance Officer) made this dreaded experience an easier transition than I had anticipated. I felt the price of the used car I purchased was a bit higher than expected and more in line with the price of a new vehicle same model. There was very little wiggle room in the price; otherwise, it was a good experience. More
