Excellent Car Buying Experience Ever I purchased my first KIA Optima in 2009 from Laurel KIA and that’s when I first met Jamal Allen. The experience then was nice and Jamal was the sales I purchased my first KIA Optima in 2009 from Laurel KIA and that’s when I first met Jamal Allen. The experience then was nice and Jamal was the sales person that talked me into purchasing the Optima. I didn’t know what a Optima was until he showed me the model. I was very pleased and enjoyed my experience at Laurel KIA. Six years later I decided that I wanted to keep an Optima for my vehicle, but I wanted an up to date version, so I called Laurel KIA and asked for Jamal and kind of thought that he wouldn’t be working there any longer, but he was and he told me to come in to see what they could do for me. My experience was great; Jamal remembered me and treated me like we’ve been talking every day since he met me six years ago. I was so pleased with his down to earth and personable attitude, which made me feel comfortable with making my decision to come back to KIA. He listens to exactly what I wanted and then delivered. It didn’t take all day either; he was straight forward and told me which car would be a great fit for me and now I’m in my new up to date KIA Optima. Jamal even impressed my 15 year old son with his knowledge. I can honestly say that I will be back to Laurel KIA and will recommend them to friends and family More

Misleading & Poor Customer Service Submitted all of my info 3 days prior to arriving to the Sales Representative because I KNEW my situation was challenging! Drove an hour to get there only to have him serving another buyer during my appointment time in which he confirmed with me that morning. I was told I was APPROVED in between him serving the other client and told to go look at vehicles. Once I found one I liked he sent my husband and I on a test drive alone (the other buyer he went on the test drive with) and had the nerve to tell us to stay gone for a while so he could take care of the other buyer. We were gone for a half hour fell in love with the car he said I was eligible to buy only to return and have him tell me I am not. I am not upset because I was not eligible because like I said I knew my situation was challenging! I'm upset at the way Jamal treated me while he was buying time! While we were sitting there waiting on Jamal two of the other sales reps were having inappropriate conversations! HORRIBLE experience! I am positive that they ask people who actually buy a car there to write a review as an incentive because it was NOTHING like I expected from reading the reviews prior to arriving! Jamal was equipped with ALL of my information prior to me arriving and because I have credit monitoring I also know that my credit was ran the day I filled out the online application. My time is just as valuable as Jamal's. Honesty is always the best option. I would have much rathered Jamal say I'm sorry I can't help you than to waste my time and treat me the way he did. You should never use the words YOU are approved unless that is truly the case. More

He took the time to explain differences (detailed) in the different trim packages and features so it was easy for me to decide which Sorrento to drive off in. I love working with Pierce as he is customer focused, polite and professional. Once I decided which vehicle to take, he worked with Steve on my trade and pricing - what a great duo the Yorks make at Laurel Kia! Lisa in Finance completed all that tedious paperwork with ease and took the time to explain everything I was signing! She was excellent to work with on this normally nerve-racking money commitment. High marks to Laurel Kia on keeping the focus on their customers! I would definitely recommend buying a car from Pierce at Laurel Kia! He should be Salesperson of the Year for his no-hassle approach to car buying! More
