Bought a BRAND NEW sorento fully loaded. It died on me 3 times in the year that I owned it. Kia had to tow it back to the shop. It was in the shop for over 6 months!!! They didn't want to even pay for a rental. I was paying the car payments and car insurance on a veHicle I couldn't even drive. They ended up buying it back from me and I lost over $9000.00 in a year. Sooo depressing! But you live and you learn. I will never buy a Kia again and never from Laurel Kia! BUYER BEWARE!!!! More

Bought vehicle at this dealership, but didn't know how disorganized the Service Department was. Not happy at all. Had to take my vehicle to another dealership to complete the repairs, as my vehicle had pr disorganized the Service Department was. Not happy at all. Had to take my vehicle to another dealership to complete the repairs, as my vehicle had previously been with Laurel Kia for over 2 weeks, and they had done nothing to it. My main complaint is the lack of communication between the service department and the customers. I believe customer service should come first, and not trying to cut costs and undermine the customer. Bad, bad customer service. Sales Department Moe and Alex did a lot to help me get through the process. For that I thank them both. I would recommend purchasing the vehicle here, but don't let the service department work on your vehicle, unless you don't intend to drive it at all. More

On line ad said $300.00 to come in drive a vechile and purchase that vehicle. I did this and then they said I misunderstood they meant only $300.00 if no other offers. It was only stated AFTER I signed n the dotted line where they laughed and said too bad now you already signed and there is nothing you can do about it. I will never as long as I live very by another Kia. This was the 5th one bought and was the only one that owned one for years. If anyone WAS loyal it was me. Now that Laurel Kia screwed me over and laughed about it NEVER AGAIN.! I am done with Kia went from customer for life to never buy again for life. PEOPLE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM LAURAL KIA OR YOU WILL BE REAL SORRY. More

Traded in our 2004 Sorento so we knew how great Kia cars are. We checked out other Kia dealerships in the area before buying from Laurel Kia. Customer service AND price were way better at Laurel Kia. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I bought a 2011 Kia sorento from this dealership. They have terrible customer service. My truck has a million issues. It's been in the shop more than I have driven it. It's in the shop as we speak because they can't get the engine to start, my car has 14,000 miles!!!! They didn't even want to give me a loaner and it's going on two weeks that it's been in the shop! Upon buying the truck, I was having issues. There was a $1000 rebate, Which I got! However they needed more information after I signed the papers and wanted me to come in over 6 times to get it for them. After I gave up, the manager, Alex, threatened to SUE ME! Worst buying experience EVER! ALEX IS A JERK! I have bought two vehicles since then and they forfeited my buisness! More

I was fortunate to have been helped by these three men- Jerry, Steve, & Alex. Jerry was my sales rep. It was a great feeling working with him. He was very informative and explained everything in detail. Step by step. I loved Jerry. He helped me from the beginning. I knew my credit with not good & was embarrassed to even have my credit checked. That’s where Alex came along. He told me I had nothing to loose. He never belittled me at all. He said “WE CAN HELP” and sure enough they did. He checked with banks to see who could help me & found a bank to finance my needs. Thank God. I was able to purchase a beautiful 2007 White Jetta. I love my car… love it …love it…love it Finally there was Steve. He stayed with Jerry late trying to finalize all my paper work so I could drive my car home that same night. Steve also explained everything in great detail & had such patience with me. Would I recommend this dealership?? Of course My name is Denise Yvette Perez & I love my new car.
