Being the #1 Cadillac dealer in Long Island, you can imagine how important customer service is to us, and our large following of satisfied customers. As reviewed, it is our policy for a higher refundable deposit if we must go out of state to locate a vehicle for a customer. The offer of a flatbed truck to bring the CT6 to you would have kept the 400 miles off of it, but you declined. That is not a cost we could have absorbed due to the large discount we were offering on the vehicle. New York State tax laws dictate how we tax a vehicle. We are sorry that we could not come to an agreement, but are happy we were able to refund your deposit, and hope that you’ll consider doing business with us in the future.

We did offer to have the additional services (brake flush & power steering) completed at a later date for you. Your wife chose to have it done at time of service.
