Love the new car!! I was in the market for a new car and had purchased my previous vehicle from King Windward. My wife likes the free oil changes, free safety checks and the fact that when she takes it in for service she can walk across the street and shop at Ross. But she absolutely loves the free car washes! Because we've been very satisfied with our Nissan Juke we were researching its replacement the Nissan Kicks. We were working with Jessica to keep us informed of the Kicks arrival. The Kicks made it to the lot on Friday when Jessica was out of town and I made arrangements to view the vehicle with Maggie. When we arrived Maggie was busy and Cole assisted us with purchasing the vehicle. He was fantastic! We had done extensive research on the vehicle. We knew we wanted the vehicle and had already been quoted a price so he got us in and out in record time. We did have to deal with the finance guy, even though we didn't finance but thats the same at every dealership. Because we picked the car up the day it arrived on the lot and it was late on Friday evening, Cole even arranged for us to bring the car back on Monday for the full detailing and so my wife could be familiarized with its many safety, entertainment, and tech features. We highly recommend Cole if you're in the market for a vehicle! More

Car Trouble On July 17, 2016, as I prepared to leave home and drive to work, my car would not start. I will admit that I was a bit frustrated because I just had On July 17, 2016, as I prepared to leave home and drive to work, my car would not start. I will admit that I was a bit frustrated because I just had my new car for 1 year and 4 months, however, when I called King Windward Nissan the service center was so pleasant and said if I am able to jump my car to drive it to them and they would take care of it. I arrived at about 9am and received immediate service. I got a call later than morning that my car was ready and it was just my battery. I was given a replacement since it was under warranty which meant it cost nothing to me! I loved the service and would recommend this to anyone! Thank you King Windward Nissan! More
