This is the second Nissan that I have purchased from King Windward Nissan in less than three years. My first sales experience was exceptional, and I have been bringing my Murano in for service and have alway Windward Nissan in less than three years. Cheryl was very thoughtful and offered to deliver my new Sentra to my home. At the same time she picked up my trade-in. The trade-in's battery needed to be jumped, and she took care of that too and drove it away for me. That's what I call exceptional customer service. In addition to Cheryl, everyone including Nashua Solidum, Bill Mickelsen, and the other salesperson (I'm so sorry, I can't remember his name, I'm sure I have his business card) who took the time to show me the cars and take me for a test drive was wonderful. Aloha, Initially I purchased a 2008 Titan King Cab from Shawn (King Windward Nissan), it wasn't what I wanted, but at the time it's what I could afford. Throughout 2008 I would check on the prices of the Shawn (King Windward Nissan), it wasn't what I wanted, but at the time it's what I could afford. Throughout 2008 I would check on the prices of the Titan Crew Cab. And in September of 2008, I contacted both King Windward Nissan and New City Nissan regarding their ad(s). I explained my situation to both parties and in the end it was Lahela & King Windward Nissan that was willing and able to work with me. So, one Saturday evening (in September 2008), my mom & I drove over (from Wai'anae) to meet with Lahela. She was very helpful, friendly and easy to work with. To make a long story short, that night my mom and I drove out of King Windward's parking lot with a 2008 Nissan Titan Crew Cab. I'm very happy with my purchase and am happy with the customer service that I receive (from Lahela)as well as the service department when I take my truck in for service. But throughout 2008 I would check all 3 Nissan dealer(s) newspaper ad(s). In September, I contacted King Windward and New City Nissan. I explained to both parties that I wanted to trade-in my 2008 Titan King Cab with the hopes of upgrading it to a 2008 Crew Cab. In the end it was Lahela and King Windward Nissan that was willing to work with me. So one Saturday night in September, my mom and I drove (from Wai'anae) to Kaneohe and met with Lahela.
