The young lady that helped me-was very sweet & kind. When I 1st entered the dealership-she approached me immediately & asked if I needed help. I told her i wanted to be left alone to look around & then would I 1st entered the dealership-she approached me immediately & asked if I needed help. I told her i wanted to be left alone to look around & then would find her if I was interested in any of the cars-I looked around for a bit, right as I turned around to find her & asked to look in a car-she was walking back toward me to see if I needed any assistance. The timing was impeccable! She grabbed keys for the car I wanted to look at & then offered for me to take the car for a text run-we quickly ran through the needed paperwork for that-I drove the car around & decided I wanted it. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Great experience. More

I put in my car for service. You found the problem but your mechanics never fix it. I put in my car on Monday, came back on Tuesday to pick it up but your mechanics didn't find the problem. One of your guys pull out my car and right in front of me I still can hear the grinding noise that I came in for. I left it another day for service, your mechanics found the problem and I was told it was fixed. When I went home on Wednesday I sill can hear the same noise almost 20 times on my way home. What a shame. Now I end up paying a friend of mine to fix the problem you guys didn't fix. More
