Julian helped me secure my dream car, Ford Expedition. In a limited time window of what I had, he worked with me on RELIABLY scheduling a time to see the car. In the past, I have had many car dealerships bail on me for scheduling these things. He helped me with the trade in of my Pacifica, as well as the paperwork required for the loan process. We worked together for a price that my husband and I were comfortable with. I didn't feel oversold on other features or warranties etc. It seemed like a pretty fair transaction. Even after the fact, I got follow up on how things were going and if I needed anything. I did have one small issue with the temporary plate paper that I ruined and it was an instant quick fix on his end. I appreciate the integrity and friendliness of this sale of my new dream car! After having several issues with other Ford dealers to get a recall completed on my F150, I scheduled with Kings Ford. Showed up for the recall service which was completed in 30 minutes. This included all get a recall completed on my F150, I scheduled with Kings Ford. Showed up for the recall service which was completed in 30 minutes. This included all paperwork before and after. I was very impressed with the speed of Kings Ford. For 16 years I have been loyal to Ford and have done business with several other Ford dealers leaving disappointed. An example is how pre-scheduled oil changes routinely would take 3+ hours without complications among other complaints. So going to the dealership automatically puts me in a bad mood; which today was no different. For that I do apologize to the staff as I have never brought a vehicle in for service at a Ford dealer and been treated as well. From my past experience, I was expecting this service to take all day, not 30 minutes as it did. Kings Ford did a great job, was quick, and professional. I recommend this dealer for service, and for my future needs will call them. I hope they will continue to provide service as they did today, this was the best experience I have had with a Ford dealership. More

We arrived at King's Ford with a vehicle in mind but had not been working with a salesperson. When we arrived, Amos was the first person we saw, and boy did we hit the jackpot with him!!
