Julian helped me secure my dream car, Ford Expedition. In a limited time window of what I had, he worked with me on RELIABLY scheduling a time to see the car. In the past, I have had many car dealerships bail on me for scheduling these things. He helped me with the trade in of my Pacifica, as well as the paperwork required for the loan process. We worked together for a price that my husband and I were comfortable with. I didn't feel oversold on other features or warranties etc. It seemed like a pretty fair transaction. Even after the fact, I got follow up on how things were going and if I needed anything. I did have one small issue with the temporary plate paper that I ruined and it was an instant quick fix on his end. I appreciate the integrity and friendliness of this sale of my new dream car!
