Would Not Recommed Kings Ford Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman who signs the papers is rude and pushy. They salesmen are rude and abrupt. I went in for my first oil change and was approached my a salesman who asked for my number "to take me out". Completely unprofessional! Every time I call the service center they are rude. They do not pay for a rental car when the car is being worked on (even though it is not the customers fault). They don't even offer loaner cars. I finally got a service appointment and they called,me the night before and tried to cancel the appointment because they became "overbooked" even though my appointment had been scheduled for over a week. I am so disappointed with this company and will never recommend them to anyone. More

I was sold this option on a used car without being told about it. When I called about it I was told "everybod usually gets like" like it is a no brainer. After several phone calls and transfers from person to person I was told that my loan account would be credited but it takes 3 months. Well it's been 4 months an no credit to my account yet. I'm sure there is some time limitation for me to get my money back thus the phoney 3 month wait time to get paid back my $500. I will never do business with them again and I am also filing a complaint with BBB. More

When we came into the dealership we told them exactly what we were looking for and what we needed for a trade in value for my current car. Jessie was very helpful and friendly and answered any questions what we were looking for and what we needed for a trade in value for my current car. Jessie was very helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had. He was also able to get us a good interest rate on our loan and a good trade in value for my car. Also they were all there very late at night because of us and never once did I hear them complain. Definitely worth the drive up there. More
I've been to this dealer a few times regrettably.. the last was the worst. I went to have my rear defrost on my truck repaired. They outsourced the work to safe glass auto for replacement and said I c the last was the worst. I went to have my rear defrost on my truck repaired. I asked for a loaner for the day and they wanted $12 or so for a rental and declined. I told them safe glass was close to where I lived and I would drop it off have my girlfriend take me to work in the morning. After I went to pick it up the next day the windows were extremely smudged with fingerprints and the headrest had been re-installed backwards !! They didn't take two seconds to review the work done to my truck. While I waited for them to dismantle and correct the headrest, the sales rep informed me how nice my truck was and all of the compliments he had received after picking it up from safe glass.. FROM HIS FRIENDS HE TOOK OUT TO LUNCH IN MY VEHICLE. I can't believe he admitted that and I will never return to such a horrible dealership. More
Took my car in for a warranty problem and couldn't have been treated worse. I was lied to twice after I had to find the parts myself for the car myself. The dealership couldn't get the parts so I had to give them the phone number to get the parts and they still couldn't get them. Long story short tried to talk to the gm and he didn't call back. Overall I was shocked at the lack of service. I called to talk to bob ring the owner and told the receptionist I had a problem with the service department and she even said "I get this a lot". Overall don't go to this dealership they only have success because of their location. I was so angry with these people I had to walk away. More
Have always used the service department for all service on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. I bought it at King's Ford and they do all of my work and all oil changes, etc. I have always been pleased with every on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. I bought it at King's Ford and they do all of my work and all oil changes, etc. I have always been pleased with everyone there and the one time I had a problem with their Quick Change Center leaving an underpanel loose and it got ruined; they replaced it under the warranty to my satisfaction. The internet manager was easy to work with when I bought the car new also. I have always been treated fairly and will continue to use them. Jack Morrison More

I have been a Ford owner for the past 30 plus years and have purchased all my new Fords from Bob Creed who started at Woody Sander Ford and then Kings Ford. If your looking for a friendly non pressure experience at a dealership, Bob is your guy. With the last 2 vehicles, I have had some minor issues that required warranty service and they have always been resolved in a professional manner by the Kings Ford service department. More

Bought son a used car less than a month ago, rained last week and lost power to the electric windows. Called service department to resolve the issue, was directed to sales. On July 21, 2012 spoke to sales week and lost power to the electric windows. Called service department to resolve the issue, was directed to sales. On July 21, 2012 spoke to salesman and he said he would have to get approval from sales manager..No response back, followed up on Monday, July 23, 2012 left a voicemail, no response. On Wednesday, July 25th I called and FINALLY got a hold of Rick - Used Car Manager at Kings Ford and he stated that there was nothing he could do about it and how did he know we did not do anything to cause this issue. This is the poorest example of customer care I have ever witnessed in my life!!!!!!!!!!!! MESSAGE TO ALL, IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW OR USED CAR, STAY AWAY FROM KINGS FORD IN CINCINNATI OH!!!!!!!!!!!! More
