Travis and David made us feel very welcome and was very nice. They made sure that we had all the information we needed. David also went through all the features of the vehicle to make sure we knew how it worked and was comfortable with all of it. Andy was great as well! He made such an important and sometimes scary purchase easy but yet very professional. Very well put together and made sure we had all the information we needed to know. We did not feel any kind of pressure from anyone there to make a purchase. It was all very professional and it was all about us and what we wanted not what they wanted us to do. Geno made it simple... and even fun. King's Ford has always been great to deal with, but I consider Geno one of the most professional salespersons I have had the pleasure to deal with. Don't expect customer service after the sale Jacob Wires was my salesperson and I also briefly met Travis Martin. Everyone was friendly and helpful until after the sale. I purchased leather seats to be installed after market. Before I left the dealership the day I purchased my vehicle, I asked Jacob if I should select my leather color prior to leaving. He said I could do that when I brought my vehicle back in. A few days later, he sent a text asking me what color leather. I called him and told him I did not want to chose a leather color over the phone. He Wanted me to come in that day and I explained that I babysit on Tuesday and Thursday. I did make a special trip (40 minute drive one way) to select the leather color. Although it was frustrating, I didn't say anything at that time. When the leather came in, Jacob texted to set up an appointment. I called him and explained once again that Tuesday and Thursday don't work for me. We agreed that I would bring my car in Wednesday at noon because he didn't want to come in early. I cancelled another commitment to free up the day. On Wednesday morning, I received a text from Jacob to confirm the appointment. Then I started receiving text messages about keeping the car an extra day because they couldn't put the leather on until Thursday. I asked Jacob to call, explaining I'm not a fan doing business via text. Apparently, the car needed to be there at 9am for same day installation. Jacob offered to keep me in a rental car through the weekend. I declined because I had an event to cater and the rental was a sedan. We agreed to reschedule the following week so installation could be done same day. There was little to no regard for my schedule. Jacob was insistent i needed to come in on a day he was scheduled to work so he could be there because he prefers to take care of his customer. I told him, Monday or Friday works for me. He seemed intent on Thursday so finally, I agreed to schedule the following Thursday at 9am so I could get my car back same day. I made special arrangements which required me to leave my house at 6:30 am and bring a 4 year old with me. I texted Jacob 30 minutes prior to my appointment and did not receive a response. When I arrived at the dealership, I was surprised to find out Jacob wasn't in. I spent 10 minutes trying to find out where I needed to be. I called Jacob who informed me he had arranged everything and I simply needed to go to the Service Department. Fortunately, the folks in the Service Department were helpful and the young man from Enterprise helped me transferred the car seat. Overall, I spent an hour at the dealership with a 4 year old in tow to accommodate Jacob and he didn't show up. Jacob and I texted back and forth and he seemed more concerned with convincing me he worked around my schedule (which he clearly did not) arranged everything up front, and had no control over the situation. Not once did he express any concern for my inconvenience or frustration. Later that day, I sent a text asking when my car would be ready since no one at the dealership could tell me. He checked and texted to let me know since the car wasn't picked up until noon, it wouldn't be ready until the next day. At this point, I was beyond frustrated because 1) my schedule was completely ignored; 2) I had been greatly inconvenienced; 3) I missed the 9am appointment because Jacob failed to include me in the arrangement so I didn't know where to be at 9; 4) and he had an attitude. Jacob and I talked and agreed, I would keep the rental car overnight and Kings Ford would make sure the car was returned with the appropriate amount of gas at their expense. I picked up my car the next day and confirmed with Jacob right before I left that Kings would make sure the rental was gassed up and turned in so I would not get hit with any charges. I received a call from Enterprise on Sunday, informing me the car didn't have enough gas and I would be charged. I explained the commitment from the dealership and fortunately, Chris at Enterprise took the time to listen and assured me, he would follow up with the dealership and I would not be charged. The Wedneday, I arrived at the dealership to drop my car off for the leather installation, I left a message for Travis Martin to call. At the time of the sale, Travis told me to let hm know if I needed anything. Apparently, that offer doesn't extend to after the sale. I simply wanted the opportunity to share my experience and feedback which could potentially be helpful to Jacob in the future but apparently, In my opinion, the dealership isn't interested in customer satisfaction after they close the deal. For this reason, I will likely have my car service at another Ford dealership and would not recommend Kings Ford. More
